Q: How do I place an order?
You can add an item to your Shopping Bag by opening the product page of the item you are considering and clicking on the 'Add to basket' button. This will add the product to your basket. You can also place an order by phone between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday by calling either 0207 607 1986 or 0208 986 8632.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, JCB).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
While we only ship within to England, Wales and Scotland at the moment, if you are hoping to place an order from elsewhere please contact us on 0207 607 1986 for more information.
Q: A product I want is out of stock, how can I know when it will be available?
Please call us on 0207 607 1986 to get more information on when certain products will be back in stock.
Q: How long will my order take to be despatched?
We aim to dispatch all 'in stock' items within 2-4 working days (Standard Rate) or 1-2 working days (Express Rate) provided that orders are placed between Monday 10am-Friday 3pm. If orders are placed after this time on a Friday, or over the weekend, they will be dispatched the following week. Should we envisage a delay, we will get in contact with you.
Q: Something has gone wrong with my order, who can I contact?

Q: What is your refund and returns policy?
If your products arrive damaged/faulty we would advise you contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 0207 607 1986 (Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm) so that we can resolve the matter as soon as possible and maintain your custom. We cannot however accept returns for any other reasons than damage before/during delivery as we have a commitment to maintain our customers' faith that they are being sold a 'fresh' and not returned product. We believe in fresh energy products for all our customers.
Q: How do you calculate your shipping costs?
All the items are weighed as they are put into the web basket and then postage is calculated accordingly, keeping you informed before making any payment. Proof of postage payment will always be included.
Q: Do you have any physical retail stores?
